Q: How can I pay?
We accept payment with Paypal and credit card payment with Stripe and PayPal.  Please choose the payment method at the time of check out.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if the order has not been dispatched.  Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order as it is already on its way to you.

Q:  How can I cancel my order?

Q:  What is your refund policy?
Refund can be only made if the package is insured via registered mail.  If the package arrived damaged, please provide the photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt so that we can claim the damaged package to the post office with the evidence.  If the buyer did not claim the package at the post office and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item (not for the shipping fee as postage stamps are cancelled and cannot be used again).  If the given address is incomplete or incorrect and the package got lost, even if the package was insured, the post office does not give refund so no refund is provided.  So please make sure to have the right name and address including the apartment number.
